Welcome to Motivation Now, an app developed and managed by Bohdan Bilous (“I”, “me”, “my”). By downloading or using Motivation Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. • Description: Motivation Now is designed to provide daily inspiration, mindfulness, and motivation through quotes. The app includes features such as customizable themes, daily quote goals, and quote widgets.
• Eligibility: Motivation Now is available for all users without specific restrictions on age, region, or legal status.

2. User Access and Accounts

• Account Creation: Motivation Now does not require account registration. If you provide your name during the app’s initial setup, it will be stored locally on your device using Apple’s UserDefaults. This information is not shared or transmitted.
• Eligibility: The app does not impose any minimum age requirements; however, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

3. Paid Services and Subscriptions

• In-app Purchases: Motivation Now offers a subscription service to unlock premium features. Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy, which can be found here.
• Free vs. Premium Features:
• Free Features: Access daily quotes, create basic custom quotes, and explore standard categories.
• Premium Features:
  • Ad-free experience.
  • Exclusive categories and AI-generated quotes.
  • Enhanced themes and widgets.
  • Unlimited quote creation.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership of App Content: All intellectual property related to Motivation Now, including its design, logos, text, and features, is owned by Bohdan Bilous. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
• User-Generated Content: Motivation Now does not currently allow users to upload or generate public content.
• Prohibited Content: Users may not attempt to misuse app features or engage in activities that are illegal or harmful.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to use Motivation Now in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use and applicable laws. Misuse, including reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security features, is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Motivation Now is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. I make no guarantees regarding the app’s availability, functionality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:
  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Motivation Now.
  • Misuse of user-provided content (e.g., names displayed in the app).
  • Third-party services, including Apple subscriptions.

Motivation Now uses Apple’s in-app subscription system for payment processing. I am not responsible for any terms, policies, or actions of third-party services, including but not limited to Apple.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these regions for the resolution of disputes.

9. Changes to the Terms

• I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be updated within the app, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
